it's simple enough to do. don't hold your breath waiting on tmo\google to fix it. as in anything, sometimes you must take matters into your own hands. never rely on anyone. except ac of course!

Its time we learned about useing the search or even googling cupcaske .
Anyways , cupcake is an os update that you should have gotten by now . It includes a camcorder , direct upload to youtube and piccaso among other features that you will notice and some you probably will not . You can not move your apps to your sd card with cupcake . You need to have a rooted phone for that .

what happened to your phone ? did you get rid off it ? ahhh , bummer
dont believe what other people tell you about cupcake , its all written out officially ...
on t-mobiles forums , there is a whole sub-forum dedicated to cupcake . root is the way to go . its fast and fairly easy . if you get the phone again , you should explore rooting your phone . it really is worth it (my opinion of course) .
