How to set up email account (non IMAP/POP3)

Hi, I want to set up email account to get mails from my email address at work (Microsoft Massivetransit). But while I trying to do so on my phone there only have two options: IMAP or POP3. Anyone knows how to solve the problem?

Out of the box the only way im able to access my (now old) hotmail account is to navigate to hotmail.com using the browser.
