Default How to add ""-o noatime" speed boosts

I was reading over at xda that you can split the boot.img and edit runme.sh file thats on the ramdisk..

You have to split the boot.img, unpack the ramdisk, and modify the "runme.sh" script to include "-o noatime". See here to learn how to do this.
can someone guide me on doing so

There's a guide right there in the quoted text. Download the PERL files, and run he script. It'll do most of it for you. You are just going to need to edit the runme.sh file to reflect the boost option...
