Google G1 - Is it Unlocked ?

Hi I have a Google G1 - T-mobile this was brought of eBay... Seller told me it was Unlocked how can I know if this is true.

When insert a 3 Network simcards, I dont pick up any signal plus... When I do search for networks it does show the 3 Network but says :

Your sim card does not allow connection to this Network

When I insert 02 - Sames the same thing.. Also when I put a T-mobile Sim it shows the signal doesnt let me dial out. If I call phone beeps and cuts off.

If I click on it.....

Any Ideas ?

what network are you on? did you enter the correct APN settings

Its on t-mobile network...
