The default G1 browser is getting to a massive size for an app.
It is 31 megs, is it meant to be that big?
How do I keep it small?

you can always use mybackup and backup your bookmarks and then clear all data... i might have to try that myself...
I try to use steel cause when you clear cache it pretty much takes it down to less than 1mb
You have several options from the browser menu:
1 - Clear Cache
2 - Clear History
3 - Clear Cookie Data
4 - Clear Form Data
I would recommend #4 as it creates the most space (by deleting more data)
I clear my cache about every 3 days and dont have to worry about that too much, but since i use my G1 to log into some secured/personal sites, my username gets saved (form data), and I dont like it sitting around on my phone unsecured...
Alternatively, you can wipe out everything from the browser app via the "Manage Applications" page by using the "Clear Data" Button. This is the one that will swipe your bookmarks. I highly discourage it, especially if you put a lot of work in the browser already
Ehh yea.. my bad, that'll wipe bookmarks, i didnt think about that, i never use bookmarks, i just bookmark everything in my head...do it thru the browser settings if you dont wanna lose those lol

Mybackup takes care of bookmarks just fine, I wiped my phone and got them back.
