G1 - Spotted in the wild?

I SPOTTED A BRONZE! some how i was unawares of bronze.i rang up a lady and she put her g1 on my counter and i just blurted out "is your g1 brown??" without thinking. and she told me it was a replacement for her black one that she dropped.

so far i have yet to see another g1 user. kind of makes me feel special deep down inside. =) hah

I know 5 people at my office who have a G1. I work for a geeky technology company though.

Wow... you should get an award or something for that... seeing 5 of them! I have still yet to see 1!

In Philly you see a lot of G1 phones through out the city, especially young teenagers carrying them arond

i saw one at work the other day, he's a regular at the bookstore, he also works for tmobile so I wasn't surprised, I was going to ask him about it, but he was on it so.... yeah my first sighting.

The waiter at a nice, Italian restaurant in Bev. Hills asked me about mine one day, how I liked it, what programs there were for it.

Went in a few days ago, and he had one! Loves it!

In Los Angeles, you see them every few days... not like the iPhone, but you do see the G1's around.

I was in a company-wide meeting this week and there were 3 people IM'ing on their G1's (I was in the back of the room) during the meeting.

It does have an unmistakable profile.
