Hahahaha. Owned.

I wonder if Google would eventually enable multitouch if Apple lost (assuming they could work something out with Elan)? The way I heard it they had an "understanding" with Apple to start with, not so much a threat of a lawsuit. But maybe they'd be emboldened by Apple not actually having rights to the technology anymore.
