    Default extra battery ???


    back in november i complained to t-mobile about battery life , so they sent me out a new battery for free and told me to keep mine . my question to everyone is ... how many of you actually got an extra battery or even tried to get one from t-mobile ?

    t mobile u.s. now refers you to htc for battery isssues if you phone is past 90 days. but htc will replace it for free without even asking why.

    dial 611 from your tmobile phone , or find tmobiles 1800 number to customer service . be nice to them , most likely they will help you out
