There is a business representative for your company from T-Mobile. Find out who that is and they will be able to get the credits on your account..

Yes, as a company and an existing customer of course they'll bend over to retain you. I'm a new subscriber and for all new subscribers they only offer 2yr contracts now. One of the big perks of going through Tmobile business accounts is that they only needed a 1yr commitment.

That ended today and screwed me over. Kicking myself in the a** cause I was going to order Friday but decided to wait the weekend.

Oh I see, well you know what? Tmo isnt that bad, I mean look at their plans and compare it with others. 2 yrs with a 12% discount is still better than paying full and getting a 1 year contract, go for it.

9 outta 10 times I'd agree with you except I'm currently on Sprint's SERO plan which means I get the world for $49.99. The 12month commitment was the right amount to tip the scales. Now, I have to really consider.

1 more thing to consider is your signal strength, 3G or edge? At home and at work, what is SERO? Sprint does not have good reception up here in MD, Verizon owns this land lol.

Signal strength is a non-issue. Both services offer excellent coverage here. SERO was a friends and family option that everyone had access to..it just wasn't advertised.

Basically SERO works out like this -
    1250 Anytime Mins
Free Nights & Weekends (started at 7pm)
    Free Mobile to Mobile
Unlimited Data Plan (Yes, you read that right)
    Nationwide Roaming

All that for $49.99/month. Unfortunately, offer ended around July.
