Employee Discount Program

Hey guys,

I switched from ATT to Tmo last week opened a family plan with 2 g-phones ,and carried my numbers over; but now I just found out I do have employee discount, what I'll get:

$40 discount on handset
12% off monthly bill
1 yr contract (instead of 2)
wavied the $35 act fee

I called the biz customer care, they said they cannot credit me these things to my existing acct, except the 12%off. The only way is to return the phones and cancelled everything, and redo the whole thing thru this discount program, but I won't able to keep my numbers (but I do need these numbers)

So does anyone know another way to do this?

There is no other way. You were supposed to have these discounts be put on your account at the time of opening the contract.

When I called the lady had no problem waiving my fees after the fact. I'd call them back because it can be done. I called the number on the corp discount form.

As of today, 1yr contracts are no longer and option. No negotiating, 2yr or nothing.

Um yeah, I have been with TMo for 8 yrs and I am STILL 1 year even if I upgrade a gazillion times. I made it clear to them, 1 year or me and my whole business goes to Verizon.
