Download document to sd?

Is there a way to download word documents onto the sd card? I have been trying to download some for school and I keep getting an error. Any help is appreciated thanks!

Yes. Just plug the phone in to the USB connection and hit "mount" when prompted. Your other option is to use an external card reader. Either way it should be easy.

Now VIEWING them on android may pose a problem, as the only .doc viewer is a pay application and has somewhat limited support for .doc files.

Oh okay. i cant even download the doc to my phone so i cant even get to the part of mounting the card to thecomp thing. thanks though.

If you want to copy anything from your PC to your phone you have to mount. That being said just email the doc to your gmail account. Its simpler that way and you can access it with or without the phone.
