Do I have to reserve the Google phone to get it?

Its hard to say now, and I don't think anyone knows for sure yet. I think there will be limited phones available at selected locations, so if you're willing to wait outside and know for sure that location has them before you go then I think you could get one. I hope so at least, I'm part of the people that will have to do this since I don't have T-Mobile! yet...

i'm willing to bet the initial shipment will be fairly small, 10 - 20 per store...

and not to be a stickler (i am anyway), its not called the google phone, and google does not endorse it as the google phone... its an HTC phone running google's proprietary software called android

yea im going to wait in line. im waking up around 630 and geting there around 730. t-mobile doesnt open up until 9:00 at where i live

If u are in New York City, Alot of people wait a day before or two days before on the line to get what they want

I don't know if I'm crazy enough to camp out somewhere, not on cement in the city at least. Maybe I'm just weird for thinking we should leave camping for the wilderness?

I really want to camp out for one but I think they are only going to be available at 3G areas and there isn't one around me, so I might just wait and see the availability and see what I can do.

I haven't decided yet if I'm going to be a lazy fart and just order online, or if I'm going to go to a T-Mobile store to pick mine up. If I go to the store I imagine there will be some hefty wait times, with a good chunk of people signing up for new service.

why are people camping in times square?? Sometimes i just have to say, "What the hell is WRONG with people?" This was one of those times. I mean, what are they trying to do?? make the bums jealous?

While I hope this phone is a huge success in the long run, the only people that know about it are the ones that are "in the know" about new tech stuff.

I have told everyone at work about the phone, and not a single person has heard about it yet.

Not to mention lack on TV commercials.

I dont think there will be lines where I live (suburbs of minneapolis).

Maybe im just trying to rationalize this because I can't camp out due to school...
