Im thinking 1st of 09' The market is going to explode... Or maybe Google and Tmo will give us a nice X-mas/New Years present and release new apps. through that time. I know(well would like to think) that the first chargeable app is going to a really nice virtual qwerty keyboard that works. I will pay good money(5-10 bucks) for that!
Yeah I thought that was one of the best options Ive had on any phone.
I love this phone, it keeps me sane at work. I had the BB curve before this phone and the only thing I really miss is one handed typing while driving... not that I do it... ALOT! Wonder what our conversations will be like in a few months![]()
All~G1 don't take this the wrong way but are you a girl or a dude ?. Just curious.
Me and Android are officially connected.
^^^^ haha Im the kid in the photo DUDE!!!
As for the confort of moving to the G1 its not a matter or if its a matter of when.
I have a few complaints and I'm sure everybody does. I'm just watching to see where this thing goes and so far I'm pretty amazed.
Getting used to a touch screen phone probably will be a real culture shock since well its what you look at and now your greasing it all up with your fingers. hahaha
I've got both the iPhone 3g and the G1, and to be honest, I love them both for different reasons.
The iPhone 3g has a much slicker UI and far better app support (thanks to it's huge head start)
The G1 is very much in its infancy as we know and I'm annoyed quite easily with its minor faults and software immaturity. But it has HUGE potential and that's why I'm keeping it (had it on ebay for a silly price but no biters, glad it didnt sell).
Now all we need is Google putting as much time and effort into sorting out their OS as they do producing cool apps for the iPhone.
