Ok, I'm adamant not to dismiss this app completely. Is anyone else on BuddyMob? My id is ghoonk, would love to see where fellow ACers are around the world

imagine Google Maps. now imagine that your buddies' locations show up on the map, so you can see where they are (if they permit you to). imagine being able to tap on their pins to chat with them over gtalk or msn. also, imagine publishing to twitter-like platform and maintaining your feed and following your friends' feeds from that 1 interface

That app kept dc'ing on my constantly it was very annoying.

how long ago since? i tried it a week back and uninstalled it for that same reason, but things look more stable now. having a hoot of a time with it so far. i'm even able to geo-blog, which makes it even more interesting
