Bluetooth anyone?

Hello my fellow G1 user's. This is my first thread so bare with me. Today I was fooling with my phone while my girl was messing woth her new Zine and I just realized (shoulda did more research) but I can't bluetooth any files to her or anyone. Which sucks cause it makes file transferring so much easier. Called T-Mobile and they told me that its just used for handsfree headsets. Sucks huh? So am I the only wishing they would fix this problem or what?

to the OP: bluetooth is currently limited to headset profile only, same as the iPhone, i,e. obex file transfer, a2dp, and other bluetooth profiles are not supported yet

In due time. Be patient. This platform has only been in the market for under 8 weeks. Next update is due in Jan 09, do a keyword search for 'cupcake' and you will see the new features.

It's now May '09 and no signs of an app or update to give us bluetooth OBEX file transfer
