    Default battery on wifi


    wo battery last way longer on wifi then on 2g/3g but the thing is you don't get it everywhere.

    Yes, WiFi is more battery-efficient than 3G. Technically you we select "USE 2G NETWORK" and enable WiFi. Without 2G on, you wouldn't be able to receive phone calls as the G1 isn't compatible w/ the "call over wifi" t-mobile service (forgot the name, but it's an additional charge for the service).

    but the question: is it better to go over edge (2G) or WIFI for the battery life??
