As I travel quite a lot around the Europe I always find myself in a position where I can't recharge my mobile. Previously I've been carrying 2x spare batteries for my E71 and I was planning to do the same with Hero. However I've found something rather interesting in HTC Accessory Store - the Battery Bank BB G300.

Now, according to the description it has 2680 mAh which gives almost 2 charges on the battery. I'm just wondering how good this thing does its job. Has anyone had anything to do with it in the past?

I'm just worried about the back cover of the phone breaking off after a while when the batteries will be changed quite frequently.

Hence my question - is it better value to get 2 spares (£64) or one emergency recharger (£54.99)?
