Reading about the new Iphone makes me appreciate the G-1 even more. Voice dialing, a compass and a camcorder are all features that we already have and we do not have to buy a new phone or be held hostage by Apple and AT&T.

on every forum I use where people ask what phone to buy or talk about the iPhone I always chip in and let them know

by the end of next year I reckon that Android will outnumber iPhone users due to the number of devices coming out but because of the way it's advertised (it isn't!) it will still never get the recognition it deserves

atleast tmobile is trying harder by being the sponsors of mtv awards AND the nba finals...they plug the g1 all the time! but i guess its too little too late i mean its almost been a year and they bearly start?

They advertised right from the start with that stupid "How fast does a shark swim" commercial that they ran into the ground.

yeah i know they had 2 commercial the one with the lawnmower and that one but they didnt show them that much.....atleast i didnt see them that much.....compared to the pre right now lol i see it everywhere

Oh they showed that damn commercial constantly here in Portland. I got sick of it.

Perhaps. Portland was one of the first 3G markets and TMo HQ isn't that far from here.
