Anyone getting complaints from other callers about loud mic?

I recieved my phone yesterday and have now on 4 occasions from 4 different people/callers been asked "why does my phone sound funny" or "why are you talking so loud" or "what is all that backround noise"? Is there a mic or pick up volume setting? I looked in the manual and searched all the phone settings but could not find anything.

Anyone else having a similar feedback from other callers? Any Help?

nothing all calls i made everyone said the quality was great not back talk or noise issues, sorry to hear

People actually said the phone sounds great, speaker phone was better then any other HTC phone i have ever had (8925, Dash, Wing, MDA)

im getting complaints as well? my finance keeps telling me to stop screaming at her when i wasnt talking that loud
I was hoping there was a way to lower the mic volume but cant find it.
