aNetshare vs. Android Wifi Tether?

Although I am not 100 on this, I have them bot and wifi tether is pretty much useless. It just tethers your wifi connection which is worthless seeing as how you can just do that anyway without the phone. aNetshare on the other hand seems to have the ability to tether whatever connection you have on your phone, 3G/EDGE and I think wifi but I never tried it with wifi. I use a method I got from here also, http://androidcommunity.com/forums/f...h-my-g1-11555/ but this one seems to make the phone run hot and use alot of battery.

Android Wifi Tether all the way, now supports wep. basically makes your G1 into a router, taking the G1s 3g/edge and sending it on to your laptop.

of course you need root.

Been using aNetShare without a hitch to allow my son to connect his iPod touch, when we're out of the house.

Works great, haven't had a dropped connection yet. It does use up battery life, but hey...

i use wireless tether for root users . works 100% , 100% of the time . and its free !

anetshare is better, he have tether package, so you can use it on any rom, no like the other
