android UMTS 850 mhz phone?

Hey all,
I am looking fora phone to use on the new zealand telecom XT network which uses WCDMA UMTS 850 country wide.
I fell in love with both the HTC magic and hero, but both are only 900/2100, I also love the idea of a touch screen on an android phone.

Is there any phone that is android based, touch screen, and supports WCDMA UMTS 850 mhz?!?

I did here/see a few mentions of the HTC hero 130 for AT&T but can't find any information on any actual dates.
