a few questions

FYI, I have a HTC Hero on Telus and still get the 403 forbidden error. It occurs for me every day sometime before 1PM. Turning the phone off and back on always resolves the error. It's never occurred more than once per day.

did u give Telus a call to figure out the issue. I didnt since it only happened twice

Yeah, I gave em a call just to report it, not really expecting an immediate fix. Agent had no idea at first what I was talking about, but after putting me on hold to talk to his supervisor he came back to tell me it was a known issue and is being worked on.
