plz help

I bought a samsung 15503 galaxy 5 in aug of this year. since that time i am facing some problems on my phone like while running any app. my phone gets restarted. often it hangs. i have shown it to the samsung customer care but no satisfactory results. i have also reset my phone many times with no positive results. Please help.

Unfortunately, after doing some research... I've discovered that the phone has had many issues with little support from Samsung. All that aside, I'd still like to try to help though. When you reset your phone, do you automatically go back to downloading the same apps? Or does it go right back to hanging/freezing and rebooting?
