I want to nstall Android 2.3 without Sense UI on my Evo. Can this be done?

However, i would like an official OTA quality version with working 4g, sprint hotspot/wifi tether capable, working pic/video msgs, etc. Almost as if the official 2.3 OTA release from sprint/htc earlier this month didnt have sense ui. Is this possible? Is there something like this available?

CM7 is i think what you want, you wont get it from htc.

Hey, Twisted. I am not a fan of sense either. I simply installed another home app that I liked and made it the default home app. Personally, I like GoLauncher. I think it is an outstanding launcher with tons of customization option. However, there are lots of launchers out there.

I'm not sure exactly why you want do do away with sense. You may want to uninstall Sense for technical reasons, but if it is simply because you don't like it, you may go the route I went.

i dont think so that is is possible to install EVO....because i asked the same question to my friend he wasing to me that it is impossible due to incapability
