I dropped my phone. Now my SD card is not working. Says it's blank but it was full

So my SD card had a lot of pictures. I was able to view them. Then I accidentaly dropped my phone and when the phone turned back on it said that the SD card is blank or that filesystem isn't supported and asks if I want to format it. Can anyone please help me?? I have so many pictures of my daughter in there that I don't want to lose!! Does anyone have an idea of what might happened? Oh, and I have put the card into other phones, and tried it in my laptop as well and it still says it's blank. Thank you!

Well if the card isn't working at all. Try and do a file recover with TestDisk/PhotoRec or something like that. It's free. I couldn't find anything affordable that had more functionality. It is a command line type interface, so don't freak out.

The same exact thing just happened to me today. I also tried putting my card in another phone, and it also says the card is blank. I had a lot of pictures on the phone that I didn't have backed up. Can dropping your phone really erase your SD card?!?!?! I've never had that happen in other phones I've had....
