How is the battery life of the streak?

I was curious if any of you would mind posting approximately how many hours of battery life you get out of your Streak.

Right now I'm on the fence between getting this or a Samsung Captivate, but I'm reading that the captivate gets roughly only half the battery life as advertised, so if the streak has the 10 or so hours of talk time and 390 or so hours of standby it is touted as having, I think that would sway me towards its purchase.

With heavy used and wifi or mobile always on and gps I get a good two days. I have watch a two hour movie and still had 3/4 left...Hard to say it is not scientific. But for all it does if your on it all the time what can you expect. I use it more as a mutimedia monster then a phone...
I am trully happy with this unit.

I had battery life similar to that of killjoy until the Android upgrade, now I get barely 12 hours. This with almost no actual use, other than reading a couple of chapters of a book and entering my diabetic records. I'm considering the purchase of a backup power supply as I do like the Streak

See there is a problem here our friends across the pond as yourself have upgrade to 2.1 or heaved used the leaked version. Some time it hard to see who is position if you don't look at the location of the poster....Here in the States Dell did not give us the 2.1 and is going straight to 2.2 hopefully later this year....I believe in mid October. I am using 1.6 and I am pleased with it.
2.2 is suppose to give you a great boast in speed....this the only reason I'll upgrade.
