Messages not sending

Hi folks, having a problem hopefully someone can help with.

I recently phoned up Orange and explained how my messages weren't sending. It seems they're not sending if the message exceeds one page, but sometimes even smaller ones don't send. It only happens with my girlfriend. Orange sent me a special message which I opened up and restarted my phone after, presumably that reset all the SMS settings but I'm still having trouble sending texts.

I get no error message and the texts say that they've sent, even the delivery reports say it's worked, yet the messages aren't reaching my girlfriends phone. She's sent me a few and they've not come through either, though that could be an unrelated problem.


If anyone could help me I'd really appreciate it as Orange don't seem to be much use at all

- Check the number of SMS Center
-In the settings of your phone set up GSM only
-Return the phone to factory settings
