Dear Members,

I have an HTC Desire. It identifies contacts by considering only the last 7 digits of the contacts phone number. In doing so, if two people have numbers that are identical save the first two digits, it often identifies the contact wrongly. ie, if contact A is 982-000-1234, and B is 992-000-1234, even when B calls, it will identify A, probably because A is first alphabetically. It does the same for messages also. ie a message from B will be attributed to A. worse, if I reply to the message, it replies to A.

Is there anyway or app to set identification to 10 digits?
