out of curiousity, i ran a simple google search:
http://www.google.com/search?q=site:...s=CDJ&filter=0 which should list every zip file that the google search crawler is aware of inside that updates directory. The most recent one at the top is the OTA release for Dev phones. could mean its not rolling out today, could mean nothing, as it may be that the search crawler just hasn't picked it up yet.

it's pretty funny - no matter how much t-mobile stresses that the updates are not sent out based on location, people automatically begin speculating that it is
