MMS etc settings for legend

need help, pointing in right direction whatever it takes lol

since change over from a pay and go to simplicity with o2 i have been unable to contact via the mobile network on my phone so unless im in range of my wifi conn or using a free one i can no longer access the internet

fairly certain its the settings and have tried the usual things of requesting the settings but as o2 dont sell the legend they were unable to send then via the usual message to my phone have called but info they provided hasn't worked so either i'm missing something or the info is no good

can anyone help maybe some on who has the settings to hand
