I've had my phone for about three months. The first month is worked beautifully. After that it started acting more and more erratically. I don't know if it is a virus or if it is a manufacturing issue...

All of my applications are slowing down and freezing up. Facebook won't even let me view it without a lengthy waiting period. My keyboard can't keep up with my fingers and tends to even add random characters and letters. I have had my text message program freeze and needed to force it closed many times. Loading updates takes forever (my last one took a little under an hour) - which is eating up my data.

I have also had my phone shut down on me and refuse to power off.

Any advice would be appreciated, I really need a working phone I am juggling school, work and an internship. At this rate I will take the financial costs and just switch to an iPhone.
