I have a 2011 Silverado and a 2011 Cruze, when i got these i had a droid x phone, and had no problems with bt. After upgrading to the droid bionic 3 weeks ago my bt now only works in my silverado. My bt in the cruze will connect and then disconnect and then go to paired but not connected. Per my dealer 2 weeks ago the bt from chevy is the same in both of my gm vehicles. after reading several forums of ideas on how to correct this problem over the last week with bt in my cruze, i gave up. But when i went to do a oil change last weekend at the dealer my service rep. told me that shortly they could update the software/firmware in the cruze to correct my problem in the cruze. maybe their is hope ?

I already had an HTC Incredible when I bought my 2012 Chevy Cruze and it worked perfectly.... UNTIL Verizon had an OTA Gingerbread update. In my Jeep all I had to do was unpair and re-connect and it works, but in the Cruze it just intermittently connects and disconnects. However, I read a temporary solution online to this problem and it worked for me. I unpaired the vehicle from my phone, then removed the phone from the device list on the car. Went thru setup again, and when the phone prompted for the 4 digit pin from the car I put the pin in then my phone asked for permission to sync my phonebook with the car. I selected "no" and it stays connected now. The only problem is that everytime I start my car, my phone beeps at me and asks for permission to sync the phonebook (even though I checkmarked the box that says "always do this" when I selected "no"). As long as I respond to the prompt everytime the bluetooth works. Still works flawlessly in the Jeep, so I'm thinking it's Chevy's problem. I'll check again in awhile to see if the dealer has an update for the Cruze firmware. I hope this helps others who are having the same problem.

update.... Found out that when I get the "bluetooth authorizatin request" to sync the phonebook, even if I ignore the request the phone stays connected. works like new again!
