The capacitive screen works fine with my soft rubber tip stylus. Maybe re-calibrate it?
Does anyone have the case with the keyboard that is having problems with multiple keys not working? The one I got fits perfectly, a bit snug even but it stays in very nicely.
I have the 2.5 update and it works perfectly as well. My husband has put several really good games on his and it works great! We're very happy with the T7 Tablet.
I thought that the screen on the PTAB7200 was a resistive screen.
Does the PTAB7200 have any kind of "magnetometer"? I downloaded the free COMPASS app but all that the pointer does is stay stationary. I tried to do the "figure 8" calibration but no success.
I also downloaded SKEYE astronomy app. I get the message "strange magnetic field" and then the app closes.
Any suggestions?

Ok, messed with the keyboard for a few days and it started working. Not sure why but very glad it did! Love the case and am ordering another for my husband for his.
He has added several .apk games to his and is very happy with it.
Several utilities show the magnetic sensors to be present, but nothing I've tried will access them; compass or sky view programs. My attempts have gotten NO access; the compasses do not move at all. I tried to leave a question at Southern Telecom, but the site will not accept the message.
If you are comfortable with installing drivers and flashing a rom... There is a rom by finless over at freaktab that works perfectly for the PMID700 and PTAB7200. (it's the p700 Rom)
I'm running it on my Ptab7200 and it's awesome.
The rom is rooted, has full Android market, the touchscreen works much better, and it's much snappier than the garbage rom that came with the device.
Looks like the next version will have all the bloatware removed.

I own, use and develop for Android devices - I've used iOS and I don't dislike it, but I can tell you why I prefer Android.
The best Android tablets lets me do what I want with my devices - rather than what Jobs and Co decide is acceptable. I can develop for Android without having to buy an Apple Computer and using a variety of existing free tools (in an open and reusable language and not Apple's proprietary tools and language).
There's a much wider range of devices on offer - from sub-£100 handsets to 3D devices with multicore processors and NFC! This is a double-edged sword tho - there not being a 'best' device for anyone, really.
Android Tablets aren't much cop however (in fact I'd go on to say there's not one worth it's cost). Developers took to the iPad with huge enthusiasm and produced some genuinely clever stuff but most Android apps are aimed at phones and - at best - 'scaled up a bit'. I don't actually see this changing anytime soon either - the tablets on offer remain 'poor' and 'overpriced' IMO.
i DON'T HERAR THIS TABLET IN CHINA.
