Need help finding a tablet

I need help finding a tablet, and these are some features that I would like:

Honeycomb
7 Inch Screen (no bigger/smaller)
A camera would be nice, one on the front would be cool too.
Has to work on AT&T 3G.
Maybe an HD Screen.

I don't mind who it's made by or price or w/e else.

You should look up Asus' "Asus Memo" 7 inch quad core tablet coming out Quarter 2 of this year.
The Quad core version has NO stylus included. Not sure if it has 3G on it ( I doubt it does though..).

Check out the Samsung Galaxy Tablet 7"
It was originally released having Android 2.2 (Froyo), however has been upgraded to the more tablet friendly Honeycomb 3.2
(I have the Galaxy 10" tablet, and im very satisfied with it)
Its set for 3G connectivity and has a 1.3mp front facing camera and a 3.0 rear facing camera.

I've heard some very decent reviews on this tab.
