Irobot Apad android 2.2 won't turn on.

It has been almost 2 wks since receiving my Apad from China. It worked great without any problems. Now it won't power on. I downloaded some apps from android market including an app anti-virus scanner which scanned no problems with apps. Played around for a couple hours in different games and apps. Next day, it won't turn on. I charged again, but nothing happens when I try to turn it on. I tried to get a response from seller but in 5 days no response yet. What can I do to get it working again? Help Please!

I found the nerve to press the reset button to see if that will get the Apad working again. I still haven't heard from the supplier regarding support to get it working nor return authorization to send it back. What a crock! Anyhow, I pressed all buttons in every combination of together and separately to see if that would restart the Apad. Nothing worked, so I used a straightened staple and inserted in the reset hole and it was able to work again. I didn't lose any of my ebooks or anything. Whooosh!

This is urgent. I have same aPad As you. Where is the reset button or hole?

I just got mine. When I was playing mp3 it hand up. I turned it off, but whe I powered it again, it would not go beyond the android revolving figure. I can not find any button or hole to reset. Please help.

Hey i just purchased an IRobot from china and it clunked out on me as well. I talked to the people that sold it to me:

Make Sure your only using the original charging cable and to press the reset button.

I have the 2.2 version so my reset button is on the right hand side. I stuck a stapler in there and in 5 seconds bam! it lite up like christmas.

Working fine now. Also i learned that charging it on a computer or laptop does nothing. I attach it to the wall plus it came with and charge it that way

Mine also has the Rockchip in it. I connect it to my laptop and it reads fine. I'm able to put music and movies, pictures on it

yep fellas the name of the game is "Reset button" Because i was playing music with it and scrolling through pictures and it froze on me. couldnt power off or nothing. reset button and bam. welcome back

Hey guys i have an apad 2.0 7". the reset button is supposeedly hidden. Anyone know exactly where it is. Urgent help needed plz

If you are holding the apad 2.0 7" with the on/off switch on the upper right hand edge...with the round "back" button in the middle on the bottom, look on the left hand side, close to the bottom, there is a small hole...the reset button is inside. You may have to feel around for it, I did on mine. The small hole on the right hand side is the microphone (and should be marked "mic").
