Help, can't download from android market..

hi, i'm a newbie on android.. i just bought a 7" tablet yesterday called MID. The tablet already use OS 2.2 froyo also multitouch. overall its good, but the problem is i cant download any of the app from android market cos it said that "the device can't be found"

can anybody help me solving those problem? i dont know what to do..

You have strange problem, one must have Google account to access android market and just need to press android market icon that's all.

Apparently it takes some time. Or you could try to change rom so that google can recognize your phone as a new phone.

I bought a new MID smart pad chinese tablet. Runs on Android 2.3.4 and is of A8 cortex. It came pre-loaded with some games and apps.
It also came with android market app on it.

The Android Market store on device always says: This item cannot be installed in your device's country.

Am unable to get through this. Some friends say its with my ISP and am confused!

Please help as to how I can connect to the android market and install apps...
