I am thinking to buy an adroid tablet of 7 to 10'' of chinese website (is this ok?) and i want to know whats the best cpu for games

Cortex A8 1.2Ghz
RK2918 1.2GHz (is it same like cortex A8 1.2ghz?)
Cortex A9 1GHZ
X220 1Ghz Rockchip

Whats the best of this?


2) Is capacitive screen needed? Multitouch?
