well no battery in site but my original help ticket finally closed so I am able to do a handset exchange again since they "fixed the original one" now im just gonna hope i dont get a used phone or remanufactured one. I bought this phone 2 weeks ago and paid full price and it didnt work twice I'll be dammed if they send me a used phone!!!
