Default Motorola Droid Problem - Vertical Photos Uploading Horizontally

I just got the Droid from Verizon on Saturday. So far it's working well except for one very annoying glitch-- when you take photos vertically (portrait-mode), they will only upload to Facebook or MMS send horizonally (landscape-mode). So basically it flips your photo sideways.

After being on the phone with Motorola and Verizon all morning, it seems like this is a glitch that will need to be addressed in the next software update... unless you guys know of anything that will fix this?

Yes this is an issue. It's also an issue with BlackBerry Storm. The only phone I've seen it do it correctly is the Dare. I'm sure it's an easy fix even with a development of a better camera app. It's that the phone will know that it was taken vertical and views it that way too, but it doesn't save it that way. Even if you hook it up to your computer, you'll see that they are saved horizontally.
