    Default Is there a developer's version of the Moto Droid phone?


    By which I mean: unlocked in every conceivable regard, no plan, etc.

    Anyone know about this, dev tools, and so forth?

    Yea probably, they probably Opera'd them away at a meeting for free. But I bet you can buy an unlocked Version Dev phone somewhere.
