    I'm a new user and I agree.

    It's a massive step up from my blackberry, but I've played with a Nexus 1 and other top Android phones (believe it or not, my brother worked at Google, on Android.... the guy carries around prototypes and has two personal N1s.), and I'd say the Vibrant is not enough of an upgrade IMO. There are going to be better phones in just a few months, ones that put the N1 in the dustbin. The Galaxy S phones are a half step up from the N1, the obvious choice for people like me who are migrating from a three year old blackberry, but not essential for someone with a Droid or Nexus (my wife has a Droid; it's not as good as my Vibrant but it's perfectly usable and not that far behind the curve with 2.2 on it.).
