I'm seeing the $164.99 price also and I'm only about 20 months through my contract.

Also, I got to the page from a link from the Bing cashback page showing 35% rebate. I didn't hit the buy button, but I probably will in a few minutes after I think about it.

I have gotten 35% off on Bing cashback before on ebay items over a year ago. But, I had to go through so many pages after going to T-mobile I am worried about the cashback rebate following my purchase.

Anyone used Bing cashback on T-Mobile?

I paid 149.99 for mine. Why the variability in pricing?

Mine was based on the 249.99 upgrade w/ two year extension. I had a $50 rebate, the TMo rep immediately applied to my purchase. Then she gave me another $50 discount because of my long-term relationship with TMo.

The best part is she broke that into three payments of $50 (plus tax), with my first payment not due till my August bill cycle. Free terms.

I get me phone within the next week, but typically get shipments from TMo in about 3 bidness days.
