Samsung moment

Hello, just bought moment this last weekend, very new to all this- but seems like a great phone. The one thing I am having trouble figuring out is how can I save my texts- threads & pictures that I have been sent with texts? I want to save to my card on phone or be able to fwd to email account & not finding this option that I did have with my 2.5 yr old samsung phone. One other item- was told at store I could delete individual texts & not the whole thread but not finding that to be true either.

I don't know how to save threads and texts to the sd card, but I save jpgs with the ap called Save MMS by Andrew Schwimmer.

I know that if you just do a market search forsave sms or save mms you will find what you are looking for. I don't save to my sdcard, but I know that I have seen options that allow you to do so. I personally use sms backup by Christoph Studer.

As far as deleting individual text: just open a thread click and hold on the text (long press) you want to delete and a menu will pop up allowing you to delete it...
