I'm new to this forum,so sorry if topic is in the vad place

I wanted to ask, maybe somebody knows, how to change my sms(notification) tone into my own downloaded one? Phone lets me choose only from default ones.

The same was with alarms, but I reated the new folder and it works now,but not with the sms tones
