Cant connect to internet. But finds wifi connections

Hello,

Im not sure where to post.

I bought a mobile phone from china no name brand. With google android 1.6

Everything works fine on the phone except the internet. I cant get 3g, H or even gsm symbol to show up..

I have tried calling the phone provider, vodafone to help set up the apn etc. and still had no success.

Anyone know what it could be or how can it be fixed.?

hi I bought a phone like that and wondered if you found a solution to connecting to the internet as I can only connect via a wifi connection too and would like to resolve this too. thanks.
