    Default My Nexus One Accessories

I got my Nexus One about a month ago. Thought I'd share my accessories setup.

I ordered a Seidio spring clip holster for the phone - love it. Protects the face, easy access, and I can clip it to my belt when I don't have to be hipster-cool. (http://www.seidioonline.com/)

I also got a MusicPower Encore charger. It charges two usb powered devices and has a battery, so you can toss the charger into a bag and charge up the items using the battery or plug the thing into the wall and charge directly. I got mine from ThinkGeek, but can't find it on there now, so here it is on amazon. http://www.amazon.com/Music-Power-09.../dp/B000QFNK6K

I also got an AC and DC charger off amazon that I leave in the car. It plugs into a wall, too. Ooooh, multi-plug! http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...ef=oss_product

Finally, I got myself a couple of extra 3-foot micro usb cords. One for home, one for work, one to keep in the car.

Even more fun: my Kindle2 will charge off the same cord as the Nexus One. So, when traveling, it's one cord for both
Kindle and Phone. (I also usually have an iPod, so that's two cords total, which works great with the MusicPower and it's two usb power
    ports.)

And because we live in the time of pics-or-it-didn't-happen:

How about the official Nexus One docks?!

I personally own the Home and Car docks and think they were worth every penny. The interaction between the N1 and the docks is completely natural and they offer practical functionality. Don't let the simple appearance fool you, the docks are very well-built and quality accessories.

I love having the Home Dock simply for charging and using my N1 as a bed-side clock. This is extremely convenient.

The Car Dock is just as critical for Google Maps Navigation... ditching the Garmin!! The built in BlueTooth also allows for speakerphone functionality while your N1 is docked and you can play music via BlueTooth as well.

I have not purchased any sort of protective case or screen protector. I use the standard neoprene sleeve to protect the N1 from my keys in my pocket... but otherwise am not concerned about scratches (since the body and screen are both scratch resistant). I know a case is nice to protect against drops... but I hate how the N1 looks. I know you use the Seidio clip holster, I am just making general comments.

Cool accessories! I like that dual-USB charger thingy ma-bob.
It's not who I am underneath, but what I do that defines me

I have only one accessory and which is Anti-Glare Screen Protector with Cleaning Cloth. It protects your Nexus One with the high quality screen protector. This screen protector will prevent scratches on the Nexus One's screen without sacrificing visibility. The screen protector comes with a cleaning cloth and a plastic card to help you apply the screen protector. It can easily be removed without leaving any residue.
