Shift scheduler, shift trades firefighters?

There is an app available fore Iphones that is great for people who work a shift schedule and trades shifts, or just tracking vacation days. It would be great to have an app that would perform this function for android. What I would like is a calender that allows you to define your schedule, for example 2 on 4 off, and make days that you work highlighted one color. Additionally if you are going to trade shifts, you can choose the day and specify who the person you are trading with is and that day will be highlighted and you will get a reminder when that day approaches. To really top it of, if it was possible to keep a log of trades worked, to manage how many days or which days you owe to a specific person, so that you dont forget who owes you how many days, or how many days you owe. Also, would it be possible to link to you address book and send email or text notifications to the person you are trading with?
