Will UK G1's See any Updates?

Hi all, searched forums and stuff and im unable to find any information on this subject.

Im startin to read on AC that some of u peeps are receiving RC30 Updates in the US? thats like what, the 3rd OTA update actually out there..

Im living in the UK and im still on the Original OEM Build. which in the UK is.. RC7.

Was just wondering if anybody had any information on any rumored/confirmed OTA updates for the UK spec G1's ?!

because as far as i am aware, the UK and US G1's had the same Teething problems at Launch? and the US has 3 updates, and UK (as far as im aware) Has Zilch !

Unless the phone updates automatically without asking the user, I haven't gotten a single update for the phone. My phone still says firmware version 1.0, and it's RC19.

Yeah. was just wondering whether anybody had heard anything about an upcoming UK update. as people knew the RC29 was gonna be released beforehand.

I get the awful feeling we don't have the exact same firmware as the US, hence no updates for us..... hope thats not the case though.

odd. Your build number says kila_uk. Mine says kila_user 1.0 TC4-RC29 115247

What build number is used on the US units?

Ghoonk are you in the UK ? because the Kila-user TC4-RC29 is the USA build of the Android OS !?
