Where are my pictures saving to?

I've been using a background ap that doesn't have the option to save to lockscreen but just to set to wallpaper. Somehow and someway I saved some pictures into my album but I don't remember how I did it. There is a save button when you find a picture you like. But when I press it, I get a "saved" message but I don't know where it saved to . I have the ES File Explorer but can't find the pictures in there or even know where to look to try and find it. Not to mention there are alot of things in the files you can't open. Any help??

or just open gallery and it should be in one of the folders there
