I took mine back into the store and told them my screen was creeking and they made the excange for a brand new one on the spot with no trouble. Hope that helps you. Remember you have 30 days from your original date of purchase but they did say that if i didnt have my reciept they wouldnt have been able to help in the store. So hand onto your receipt.
If I ordered mine over the phone, would I be able to go exchange it at my local store if I experience any problems?
